Thanks a ton to James and his team who got the keys, fixed up what needed to be fixed, cleaned and staged it, and then got it photographed all in 3 or 4 days and on the market that 4th day! Nine days later, we were under contract! That’s insane, especially after dealing with another realtor for almost a year who wasn’t getting the job done…we couldn’t be more happy with James, specifically 🙌 I recommend James to all of my SA friends (or friends who might be moving there) because of what he was able to do for us in such a short amount of time. Side note; James and I have known each other since Air Force BASIC MILITARY TRAINING all the way back in 2012 😮 He was Security Forces, I got Comm…and all these years later we got to actually work together to accomplish a goal (just not Air Force related lol). It’s amazing how small the World and specifically the Air Force is sometimes, and I’m so glad James was available for us to use as sellers. I was honestly dreading the home buying process especially being my first house and truthfully it couldn’t have been more seamless. James was super responsive even when I messaged at the most random times early morning or late at night he was right there to answer my questions and address concerns.
