I was honestly dreading the home buying process especially being my first house and truthfully it couldn’t have been more seamless. James was super responsive even when I messaged at the most random times early morning or late at night he was right there to answer my questions and address concerns. He was always straightforward whether it was information he knew I wanted to hear or information I didn’t he never gave me the fluff which I greatly appreciated. I couldn’t had asked for a better realtor!

James goes above and beyond to make his clients feel heard and validated which made buying our first home feel easy. His answered all our questions and was extremely responsive when we needed him. We are beyond grateful for his guidance and support through this lengthy process. Thank you James!

James Green made the entire process smooth and understandable me. Had the process been poorly explained and stressful, I just don’t know that I would’ve been able to make the leap in early 2026 with everything else that life brings stress wise. I’d spoken to multiple realtors before James, but speaking to them didn’t feel like speaking person-to-person…. Or that they’d have my back. As a 20 year old going in alone, I have no regrets having James Green for this process. Over and beyond was done. James (and others in his network like Elizabeth González) has checked-in post closing and left awesome treats along with engraved welcoming home gifts. Such a fantastic idea! If your going to go with a Realtor, this one is one is own you’ll learn to appreciate. Through allll my questions, he was supportive and never let me suspect I was inconveniencing him. As a overnight police dispatcher, I did NOT expect such prompt responses! The effort was present and very evident on my end. I hadn’t even raised concerns regarding the inconvenience of moving or that the home didn’t have a garage opener. Didn’t complain, but I knew the inconvenience of both. It turns out I got incredible lucky, and to my surprised, James covered a full moving package with Fresh Start’s moving service and got my garage opener. You will underestimate having a moving service until you’ve had it… what a breath of fresh air after what goes into the closing process. I wish I knew others actively looking to buy so I could recommend James Green! You know your in good hands when your realtor is automatically vouching for a 3rd party inspection. Just all encompassing- this is a great person to have on your side if your even considering the home buying route… and you should! Paying just a couple hundred more for nearly 3 x the square footage.
